Really, they made her such a bad goddam character. She was an exaggerated representation of almost every single stereotype of female anime characters. Just one of the reasons Death Note sucked, TBQH. Meh, I disagree with you.  But then again I’m a fan of Death Note and like it. Normally, I hate characters like Misa because she is a manic pixie girl, but I liked her because she was a challenge to Light and his plans (and I’m not a fan of Light).  She wasn’t just there, acting all happy and hyper and such, like in other anime.  Some other animes just have the stereotypes there, but they contribute nothing to the plot. misa was awesome and useful and awesome also AWESOME I love Misa. She was no dummy. She is my favorite character in Death Note.
